The Helen Doron Educational Group is always looking to expand its global presence. We are seeking Master Franchisors to own and operate regional networks of Helen Doron Learning Centres for areas with populations between 4 and 10 million people.
The Master Franchisor coordinates all operations in his jurisdiction. The Master Franchisor’s responsibilities include: organizing regional Teacher Training Courses, ordering and selling Helen Doron Early English materials, collecting royalties from Learning Centres or teachers, and providing support services to teachers.
Master Franchisors have the right to grant sub-franchises to Helen Doron Learning Centres, and in some cases may grant teaching licenses to independent teachers.
Master Franchisors receive guidance and assistance from Helen Doron Educational Group headquarters:
- Start-up: The Head Office will help new Master Franchisors set up and promote the business. Head Office will provide assistance in finding and training the Learning Centre franchisees and teachers needed for the day-to-day operations of Helen Doron Early English.
- Marketing: Master Franchisors will receive branding guides, professional marketing assistance, and ongoing training conferences and webinars to help them market and promote their Learning Centres.
- Management Services: Master Franchisors have access to a global network of support resources. They also coordinate directly with the National Coordinator and their International Customer Service Manager for administrative issues with their business.
